Hsinchu Maple in the Spring Corp. set up Hsinchu Maple Hot Spring Resort in 2003, which was officially inaugurated in December 2004. Through man drilling, the natural bicarbonate hot spring water source from 2000 meters below, without pollution or ground water infiltration, was drawn.
Hsinchu Maple Hot Spring Resort is situated in Sinpu Township neighboring Sinpu I-Min Temple. It has beautiful sceneries of the woods and the Japanese style architectures. It is also the best spot to watch the sunset and the night views.
The first term construction of the hot spring resort occupies a land area of 9000 pings. About the largest hot spring resort in Taiwan occupying 40,000 pings in land area is expected to be completed.
The resort boasts 70 independent suites with an exclusive parking space for each suite. There is a hot/cold spring in the manmade garden. There is an independent living room, a swimming pool, and a private steamer/oven for the presidential suite. Moreover, there are 15 log cabins made from lumber that emits a special scent. Enjoy in the hot spring surrounded by an atmosphere of simplicity.
Enjoy the panoramic mountain views while in the outdoor bath. With gentle breeze and warm steam, it is the only forest hot spring in Hsinchu area that has the amorphous feelings of the city!
